House Sitting Visits 

Basic Visit: $16.00 per 1/2 hour

This visit includes taking in the mail, newspaper, trash can, recycling, rotating the lights, opening/ closing blinds and curtains, watering house plants, turning on/off alarms, etc. We are also available to let in contractors/repair men, or to collect deliveries, if needed.

Overnight Visit: $75.00 a night
This visit is on a 1st come/1st serve basis. We (Nicole or Evan Kirker) will stay at your house overnight giving you the ultimate in home security. We offer the same services as the basic visit (see above) but you have the security of us being at your house all night long.
