Shipping is $8.00 US Ground-per order per delivery location. (If you order a gift item for yourself and one for your friend at a different location, there are 2 shipping fees, since items will be shipped to 2 different addresses.) The more you order, the more you save on shipping!      All orders are shipped US Ground--priority mail by the United States Post Office.      If an order is placed by 2pm Eastern Standard Time, the average delivery time for your pet item is 3-4 business days.  If an order is placed after 2pm, it will be applied to the next day.

If an ordered item is "out of stock" or is on "back-order" you will be notified immediately by email, and will have an option to change or cancel your order. Out of stock items and/or back-ordered items usually ship out in 7-10 business days, at the most. We want to make sure that you are satisified with your delivery.
